Cancellation Policy for HR Software Development

Overview: At Kunal HR Solutions, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and quality solutions. We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your project. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation Terms:

  1. Notice Period:

    • Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the scheduled project start date to avoid any cancellation fees.

  2. Cancellation Fees:

    • More than 30 Days Notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.
    • 15-30 Days Notice: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total project cost will be applied.
    • Less than 15 Days Notice: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost will be applied.

  3. Refunds:

    • If the project has been partially completed prior to cancellation, any refund will be calculated based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date, minus any applicable fees.

  4. Force Majeure:

    • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), clients may cancel without penalty by providing appropriate documentation.

  5. Final Settlement:

    • All cancellations will be confirmed in writing, and any outstanding payments or refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.
